On Monday June 12, 2023, Ionel POP was appointed Managing Director of Foxstream (Vitaprotech Group), a Vaulx-en-Velin-based company specializing in video analysis and intrusion detection.
Ionel POP joined Foxstream in 2007 as part of his doctoral thesis that he obtained in 2010. He then progressed within the company, first as an R&D Engineer, then as Head of Development and finally as R&D Director, before being appointed Managing Director in June 2023. His experience within Foxstream, and his expertise in particular in the fields of data, cloud and artificial intelligence, will enable Foxstream to pursue the implementation of an ambitious growth strategy, responding to the challenges and changes in the security markets, and aligned with the development prospects of the Vitaprotech Group.
This change in management is part of a drive to give new international impetus to Foxstream, already a key player in France in the protection of sensitive sites, thanks to its video-analysis intrusion detection solutions for site security.
